Sunday gratitudes...in my own good time

It's Tuesday.  I suppose that says enough.  Here they are nonetheless:

I'm thankful for a whole freakin dry week (as in zero potty accidents).  Hallelujah.  All hail the Toilet Time. 

I'm thankful for my new glasses.  I love them.  It's been a long time since I could say that about my glasses.  Like a decade.  (I loathed my last pair of glasses so much I actually refused to wear them after about month two.  Instead, since we were fresh out of vision coverage, I wore my old, pathetically scratched, hopelessly bent, previous pair just because the other ones made me want to puke everytime I looked in the mirror.)     

I'm thankful for modern medicine.  We really screw it up sometimes, but good heavens does a little NyQuil go a long way.  NyQuil...you complete me.  

I'm thankful to be feeling like a million bucks this week after feeling like a million dollar debt to a mafia don last week.

I'm thankful for two clean bathrooms, courtesy of Finch.   All hail my swashbuckling hero, wielding prickly toilet brush in hand, come to tame our unruly cans.  I swooneth. 

I'm thankful for a week of fall weather that FINALLY meant it.  Sheesh.  Enough of the autumn heat wave already.  Get thee behind me summer!
