The cubs got these at our local children's science center,
which they frequent with Dada on Saturdays during the long winter months.
We call them Thing 1 and Thing 2.
Whenever I see them I think of those silly pencils with the troll heads that I had growing up.
It is crazy to realize how happy those ridiculous things made me.
Raise your hand if you too spent hours rolling them between your palms
in an effort to get the hair to go native.
Ahhh...good times...those days before "pewters".
